2026-2027 Dates Coming Soon

Ministry Leader Collective

You didn't get into ministry to manage programs or chase the latest trends. You got into this because you're called to love students, make disciples, and advance the Gospel. But today, the "noise" is louder than ever.

Between the screen-saturation, the rising anxiety, and the pressure to keep students "engaged," it’s easy to feel like you’re just keeping your head above water.

If you’re feeling tired, we see you. If you’re feeling like the old "hype" isn’t working anymore, you aren’t alone.

The Crisis: The Ownership Gap

The shift from a "borrowed faith" to a personally owned conviction is the hardest work in discipleship. It’s even harder when you’re trying to do it in isolation.

The Ministry Leader Collective isn't another "to-do" list or a set of impossible standards. It’s a Collaborative Sanctuary, a place where we step out of the grind together to build a discipleship strategy that actually lasts.

We don't want to change your ministry; we want to support your calling. We’ve spent two decades intentionally discipling the next generation, along with years researching Gen Z and testing the Know. Be. Live.® framework so that you don’t have to do the heavy lifting alone.

The Solution: A Collective of Movement-Makers

The Ministry Leader Collective is a high-touch, small-group experience designed for leaders who are ready to build a discipleship pathway. This isn't a seminar; it’s a strategic partnership.

Let’s stop the drift together. Let’s equip the next generation of faith-filled leaders.
